This is the site for the Belgian Lolita community: the Belgian Cupcakes.
The community was founded in 2008, to provide opportunity for lolitas in Belgium to connect with each other, and to enjoy wearing Lolita fashion together.
We have a very active online community through our forum, and make it a point to organise meetups every month.
We also spread the word about Lolita through other means: by being present at conventions and other events.
